Welcome to VitalCraft!  All players are required to adhere to both the global server rules and the specific rules for each individual server to ensure a consistent and fair gaming experience for everyone.

1. Respect and Conduct
   • Respect All Players: Treat everyone with respect, including players and staff. This rule applies across all chat channels and interactions.
   • No Annoyance: Do not intentionally annoy others, including not stopping behavior after being asked.
   • Abusive Language: Avoid using abusive language related to mental or physical disabilities, sexuality, gender identity, race, sexism, or swearing at or about others.

1. Chat Rules
   • Language: Speak English in-game and on Discord.
   • Golden Rule: Always respect others in all forms of communication, including chat, item names, signs, and private messages.
   • Spam: Avoid spamming chat with:
     • Excessively repeated letters or punctuation
     • Repeating similar phrases
     • Multiple messages to convey a single thought
   • Capital Letters: Excessive use of capital letters is prohibited.
   • Custom Fonts: Custom fonts and special characters are not allowed.
   • Advertising: Do not advertise other servers, social media, or VitalCraft on other servers.
   • Bypassing Filters: Do not attempt to bypass chat filters. Avoid using censored words.
   • Content Restrictions: Sexual, disturbing, political, and religious discussions are prohibited. This includes any form of these topics.
   • Threats and Doxxing: Any talk of DDoS attacks, cyber threats, or doxxing (sharing personal information) will be treated as a major offense. Personal information includes:
     • Full names
     • Home addresses
     • Workplace details
     • Phone numbers
     • IP addresses
     • Social security numbers
     • Bank details
     • Private correspondence
     • Criminal history
     • Personal photos
     • Embarrassing personal details
   • Impersonation: Do not change your nickname to impersonate another player or staff member. This includes using colors identical to staff names.
   • Color Codes: Do not use color codes to mimic staff chat colors.
   • Bypassing Mutes: Avoid using Discord or server chat channels to bypass mutes.

1. Reporting and Disciplinary Actions
   • Violation Consequences: Rule violations can result in punishments ranging from warnings to permanent IP bans.
   • Rule Changes: This list is not exhaustive and is subject to change. Staff may impose penalties for unlisted infractions.
   • Proof Sharing: Photos or videos submitted as reports may be shown to the reported player upon request.
   • Reporting Violations: Failing to report known rule-breaking behavior will be treated similarly to breaking the rules yourself.
   • Rule Jokes: Jokes about breaking rules (e.g., using hacks) will be taken seriously and punished accordingly.

1. Account Responsibility
   • Account Responsibility: Your account is your responsibility. Any punishments will be applied to the account, regardless of who is logged in. Keep your account information secure.
   • No Mass Alt Use: Using websites to create multiple alt accounts for benefits is not allowed. Max of 3 alts per user.
   • Non-Full Accounts: We do not support cheaper, non-full accounts. If you lose access to these accounts, progress will not be transferred, and items will be lost.
   • No Grinding with Alts: Using alt accounts to grind quests is prohibited.

1. Cheats and Exploits
   • No Cheats: Hacked clients, cheating texture packs, or auto-clickers are not allowed. Anything giving an unfair advantage is prohibited.
   • No AFK Clicking: Using mechanisms to trigger mouse or keyboard actions continuously without active player presence is not allowed. Players must respond to AFK checks.
   • No Macro Scripts: Macro scripts for interval commands or auto-joining are prohibited.
   • Report Exploits: Report any exploits immediately through the VitalCraft Discord. This includes item duplication methods deemed exploitative by staff.
   • No Rule Bypassing: Bypassing rules through any means is not allowed.
   • No Ignoring Violations: Knowing about hacks, glitches, or ban evasion without reporting them will result in severe consequences.
   • Hitting Through Protected Blocks: Hitting players through protected blocks (e.g., doors, trapdoors) is allowed with video evidence. Using glitches to hit through solid blocks is not allowed. Non-glitch methods, like using creeper eggs or arrows, are legal.
   • Printer/Easy Place Mod Use: Using printer or easy place mods for defense during PvP or raids is prohibited. These mods should only be used for building.

1. Glitch Reporting
   • Report Glitches: To resolve issues from glitches, provide a replication method via video or instructions. Work with staff to demonstrate the glitch. Failure to provide a valid method will result in no further action.

1. Bypassing Bans
   • No Bypassing: Do not use alternative accounts to bypass bans. Temporary bans will extend to alternative accounts, with potential for harsher penalties.
   • Mute Bypassing: Using alternate methods to bypass mutes (e.g., messaging through signs or books) is allowed, provided it is not used to complain about the punishment.

1. Fair Voting
   • No Multiple Votes: Using a VPN or other means to vote more than once every 24 hours is not allowed.
   • No Proxy Voting: Having others vote on your behalf or using someone else’s name for voting is prohibited.

1. Fair Trading
   • No Scamming: Scamming is prohibited, especially for real-money transactions. Ensure trades involving real money are done with proper proof and screenshots. VitalCraft will not resolve disputes involving real-money trades.
   • Real Money Trades: Accepting real money for in-game trades is only permitted if purchased from the VitalCraft shop. Items won from crate keys cannot be sold.
   • Clear Deal Evidence: All trades must have clear screenshots of the agreed terms. Staff will not enforce deals for intangible assets or pursue interest charges.

1. No Chargebacks
   • Chargeback Policy: Issuing a chargeback or legal action against VitalCraft results in a permanent ban. Threats of chargebacks will be treated as actual chargebacks.

1. Account Purchases
   • Gifting Purchases: Do not use another player’s username to make purchases. Use the gifting option in the VitalCraft shop for gifting packages.
